Shippng and Return Policy

Pre-Made VS Custom Orders : When an item is in stock and finished it will usually be shipped within 3 business days. Custom orders may take several weeks depending on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the order's position in queue, availability of desired materials, manufacturing processes that may require aging or curing.

Cancellations : Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours with no penalty and a full refund. After this time a restocking fee may be assessed depending on if materials have been cut to size for this job rendering them unavailable for other jobs. Between 72 hours- 1 week the fee will not exceed 15% of the purchase cost and after 1 week the fee will not exceed 25%.

Returns : Returns are possible only for unused, like new Items. A 15% restocking fee will be charged and the remaining will be refunded.

 

Shipping Damages : ALL shipping damages must be brought to my attention within 24 hours of delivery. Photos of the damaged box and items must be included. When possible a replacement will immediately be placed at the top of the queue and you will receive it once the damaged items are returned to me via prepaid postage I will arrange. If a remake or replacement is not possible a 25% of total cost will be issued as immediate credit to add to original purchase price to use on a new design or, should you prefer, a refund will be issued.
